Enko Capital Management LLP (“Enko”) has implemented a Grievance Mechanism which allows any stakeholder (internal or external) to file a complaint.
The Grievance Mechanism is part of a wider dialogue with all stakeholders and is implemented and maintained in accordance with Enko’s standards.
Enko’s Grievance Mechanism acknowledges all complaints received and will keep complainants informed throughout the procedure. Enko’s Grievance Mechanism also guarantees the strict confidentiality of all information related to the complaint.
