Accessing your data
From 25th May 2018, you will be able to review your personal information held by us, simply by emailing us at email@example.com. If any of your personal details have changed, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to update this information.
If you cease to be an Enko client, we keep some of your information where required by law or regulation. You can request to have your personal data deleted, however this is only possible if you are no longer an active client, and it is not in conflict with legislation requiring us to continue to hold your data. If your personal data cannot be deleted, access to your data will be restricted as much as possible.
